Will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangements to receive your package. Bonless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.

Shipping & Returns

We are focused on you being more than just satisfied but happy and excited about your purchase. We are here to help so please do reach out to us with any issues.

 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date and, must have a return approval to be processed for a refund. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.

* Please contact Customer Care if you have received a damaged item so we can remedy that immediately.

Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed. Returns are processed within 72 hours of being received into our receiving warehouse. Your return tracking number  is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

To provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted.
